Fernando Morán, one of Spain's most effective rewilders, has passed away

Fernando Morán, the man who brought the European bison to Spain, died on 30th December, at 54.

His death was entirely unexpected. Fernando Morán had been on a year-end trip with his family when he passed away from cardiac arrest. He had been full of life, and full of plans for the coming year.
